Plagazi partner with leading German gasification expert.

In the second half-year of 2020, Plagazi is happy to announce the technology collaboration with Prof. Dr. -Ing. Bernd Meyer, one of Germany’s leading experts on gasification. Prof. Dr. -Ing. Meyer consults Plagazi’s experts in the field of plasma gasification technologies.  
Prof. Dr. -Ing. Bernd Meyer contributes his expertise and expert knowledge in gasification processes for multiple primary and secondary carbon feedstock to support Plagazi’s market entry and project development/implementation in Europe. He has held/participated in diverse gasification-related workshops where Plagazi’s technology for green hydrogen production and sustainable waste management has also been presented/showcased. 
Prof. Dr. -Ing. Meyer, was the Director of the Institute of Energy Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering (IEC) at the TU Bergakademie Freiberg in Germany (1994 – 2021). Today, he continues to be active in IEC as gasification expert. Since 2020, he is also the Director of the research center ZeHS (Zentrum für effiziente Hochtemperatur-Stoffwandlung; Center for Efficient High Temperature Processes & Materials Conversion), a lighthouse project of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg which brings together the expertise of different institutes in TU Freiberg in the fields of high temperature processes and material conversion.
